This project revolves around re-using an old building in Newcastle, UK.The end result is a building focuses on sustainability through the act of re-use.  Providing different facilities such as workshops and studios this building also has meeting rooms, a staff room, seating areas, a reception and a vast gallery. Through use of nutural tones reflected by the massive amout of daylight entering through the continuous windows in marble, porcelain and wood the open plan space gives  a sense of elegance, calmness and subtleness.
